郭 彤

    郭 彤  男,博士,教授,博士生导师,教育部新世纪优秀人才,国家一级注册结构工程师。现为东南大学研究生院学位办公室主任,兼任国际桥梁与结构工程协会(IABSE)“结构工程鉴定”工作组(WG8)委员、南京土木建筑学会青年工作委员会会长、国际桥梁维护及安全管理协会(IABMAS)中国团组理事、美国土木工程师学会(ASCE)会员、国际土木工程全寿命协会(IALCCE) 会员。 
    2005年10月于东南大学获防灾减灾与防护专业博士学位,毕业后留校任教,2008年晋升为副教授,2012年晋升为教授。2009年2月至2010年2月于美国Lehigh University ATLSS研究中心进行合作研究(国家公派访问学者)。主要从事结构可靠度与全寿命设计、新型抗震结构体系、抗震加固等方向的研究。 
    先后主持国家自然科学基金项目(2项)以及霍英东青年教师基金、国家人力资源与社会保障部留学人员科技活动择优项目(重点类)、江苏省自然科学基金等9项科研课题。2008年获江苏省科技进步二等奖(排名第3),同年入选东南大学优秀青年教师教学与科研资助计划,2010年入选“华英学者”(华英文化教育基金会,中国台湾)以及教育部新世纪优秀人才资助计划。在Journal of Structural Engineering (ASCE)、Journal of Bridge Engineering(ASCE)、Structural Health Monitoring、土木工程学报等国内外核心刊物及国际会议发表论文50余篇,其中SCI论文20篇(第一作者16篇)。申请专利13项,已获批9项。参编教材与专著3本,江苏省行业规程3部。担任Journal of Bridge Engineering、 Journal of Performances of Constructed Facilities等7个SCI收录国际期刊和《土木建筑与环境工程》、《中国公路学报》、《振动与冲击》、《固体力学学报》等国内核心刊物的审稿人。
